Pizzeria: Joy, since she's a worker (the HD and Deluxe versions have the Ninjoy outfit be available if you pick her)

Burgeria: Ninjoy, however all versions fo the game to feature her came before Joy's regular outfit was introduced (I have her unlocked as Joy in my Burgeria Deluxe hypothetical customer unlocking)

Taco Mia: Ninjoy, presumably because the HD version came before it was officially revealed they were the same person

Freezeria: Ninjoy in all versions, the Flash version was Ninjoy's debut appearance.

Pancakeria: Ninjoy in all versions, she was a Closer in the Flash version but was replaced by Emmlette as a Closer in the HD and To Go versions (which makes sense). Strangely, Pancakeria To Go and HD are the only games to come out after the official reveal not to have Joy and Ninjoy as her Style A and B.

Wingeria: Ninjoy in the Flash and HD versions (both of which came before Joy, in the former Ninjoy was a Closer), Joy in the To Go version, which was the first where she appeared on the Pizzeria float in the Parade.

Hot Doggeria: Ninjoy in the Flash and To Go versions, Joy in the HD version (while the 2 mobile versions were released at the same time, I think the reason for the difference is because the old To Go games didn't have Stickers)

Cupcakeria: Ninjoy in the Flash and HD versions (the former of which came before Joy), Joy in the To Go version (which was the only game besides Pizzeria To Go where she appeared as Joy before the official reveal, but they clearly hinted at it with Ninjoy being unlocked in HD at the same rank as Joy in To Go)

Pastaria: Ninjoy in Flash (which came before Joy), Joy in To Go

Donuteria: Ninjoy in both versions, as she represents Sky Ninja Returns (if this weren't the case, in the To Go version I think she would've been unlocked as Joy and favoured Mardi Gras)

Cheeseria: Ninjoy in both versions

Bakeria: Ninjoy in both versions, the To Go version being the first game she appeared on the Pizzeria float when unlocked as Ninjoy.

Sushiria: Joy, the Flash version being the game it was officially revealed they were the same person

Scooperia: Joy, though the name a sticker for serving a special to her references Ninjoy

Mocharia: Joy

Cluckeria: Ninjoy, as of this game Ninjoy appears with the Star Customers in the Parade by default and on the Pizzeria Float as Joy, however it is unknown if this will carry into games where she's unlocked as Joy since she's a worker in the only one released after Cluckeria so far. Also in this game, her name appears as Ninjoy when wearing her Style H, in previous games where she had a Style H her name would appear as whichever of her 2 main outfits she was wearing last.

Paleteria: Ninjoy

As Stated In Her Flipdeck, Ninjoy Hates Nowtime News. Ninjoy is Based On Spiderman (Based on The Fact That Her Alterego, Joy, Works at a Pizzeria). This Means That The Head reporter for Nowtime News (Duke Gotcha) Could Loosely be Based On J. Jonah Jameson (Judging by The Fact That Ninjoy's Flipdeck states that the Media makes her Look Bad & that Duke just Looks Like The Character)

After I teach some students (who studied about Italy during the time of the Crusades) in the World History Class. And this Elle lady wanted me to go to Papa’s Pizzeria shop in Tastyville because Joy/Ninjoy scared her friends in her Oni costume only in Halloween days, and so… I ordered only 3 pizzas each, (one that has enough meat, another one that is very vegetarian, and the last one that has extra cheese and a bit of meat) an extra large cup of Black Mist for me and small Fizzo cup for Elle and how great is Elle? She is an amazing lady and give Joy/Ninjoy 35 tips, and now the pizza party is going to be hosted in her friend’s house just few acres away from my house and there will be no karaokes during late night
