After opening Pauly’s Pepper right next to the Pizzeria, Big Pauly quickly became a regular customer at Papa Louie’s restaurants. He came to Papa Louie’s aid when Sarge contaminated a batch of pepper which created dozens of Pizza Monsters. Big Pauly supplied Papa Louie with explosive Pepper Bombs to help defeat Sarge and the infamous Onion Ring.

Big Pauly is the main supplier of Crushida Pepper for Papa's pizzeria. After Louie saves him from the pizza monsters, Pauly helps out by supplying Papa with Crushida Pepper bombs -- for a price, of course. Pauly claims that a tall, shady character sold him the batch of tainted pepper which led to the Pizza Monster invasion.

Appearance[]

Big Pauly has a rather large build, hence his name. He is fair-skinned and wears a toupée that is positioned sideways. He wears a long-sleeved light blue buttoned-down shirt with folded sleeves, white buttons, and royal blue suspenders held by gray square hooks. He also wears a red bowtie, deep olive green pants, and brown laced shoes.

Big Pauly's tan was slightly updated. His toupée and clothing were remodeled.

Big Pauly wears a long-sleeved white shirt with folded sleeves, thin light blue stripes, and a Crushida Pepper pin pinned on the left side of the shirt. He wears vivid blue pants held by an olive green belt with a gray buckle.

Big Pauly wears a white shirt under red suspenders, a black bowtie and pants, and shoes identical to those of his Style A, but with white laces.

Big Pauly wears an outfit identical to that of his Style A, but his shirt is brown, and his pants are the same color as his suspenders. In Papa Louie 2: When Burgers Attack!, he wears white shoes with black soles and red laces; in Papa Louie Pals, his shoes are identical to those of his Style A.

This week’s exhibit is a custom kart created for Big Pauly called… The Big Hauly. The kart is a heavy-duty pickup design with rose-tinted glass. How much spice can the Big Hauly haul in the back of Big Pauly’s Big Hauly? Short answer… a literal ton. Just be careful when trailing behind it; you might find yourself caught in a peppered cloud of eye-watering spice. [1]

Trivia[]

Big Pauly frequently orders heavy meals in the Gamerias. However, he is "improving." Although his orders are terribly unhealthy, he did manage to order Diet Fizzo in Papa's Hot Doggeria.^[1]
He demanded four cupcakes in Papa's Cupcakeria, but Matt and Tony decided two would be plenty.^[2]
- He also suggested ordering six donuts in Papa's Donuteria, but once again, Matt and Tony decided that three would be plenty.^[3]
He, Doan, Connor, and Mayor Mallow are the only customers to order four dips in Papa's Wingeria HD.
He is the only customer unlocked by himself in Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack!.
In the early concept art of Papa's Pizzeria, Big Pauly had an award that could be given out, similar to Jojo and his Blue Ribbon.
He, James, and Little Edoardo are the only customers to order three patties in Papa's Burgeria/HD/To Go!.
