Bright and Blue is a special recipe that can be selected by players to be the "Special of the Day" in Papa's Pancakeria HD/To Go!. Customers who order the Bright and Blue special will give the player +1 . The special prize for mastering the recipe is the Neckerchief. The special can be unlocked once the player reaches Rank 30 and unlocks Chocolate Chips.
