Cactus McCoy is back in his biggest adventure yet!
McCoy teams up with a competing treasure hunter for an epic journey to the mythical Ruins of Calavera. However, he is soon caught in the middle of an ancient battle for the powerful Serpent Blade. All alone, Cactus McCoy must travel to the distant Ruins of Calavera before the Serpent Blade falls into the wrong hands.
This is the long-awaited sequel to the hit platformer brawler game, Cactus McCoy. Can you battle your way to the Ruins of Calavera before Malana Mire, or will you become ancient history?

The soundtrack still uses the same music from the first game, however the sequel has included one new track commissioned by Flipline: "Cactus McCoy 2" by Dave Cowen.[1] This track can be heard in the title screen, the menus, and levels 10, 11 and 12.

- It took over three months to develop this game, roughly the same amount of time as the first Cactus McCoy game.[2]
- This game had the quickest turnaround between its announcement and its release of any Flipline Studios game, that being 6 days.
- It was confirmed in a Quinn's Q&A blog post in March 2013 that a third Cactus McCoy game had entered development, though development was paused prior to the aforementioned blog post. [9]
