ChiliFest is a holiday celebrated in Papa's Pastaria/To Go! when a player reaches Rank 6. Upon reaching this holiday, Rico also makes his first appearance.
Unlocking all ChiliFest-exclusive ingredients will earn a player the "Chili Cookoff" achievement.
To celebrate ChiliFest, Rico carries a wooden spoon, while other customers carry Chili Monster staves.

- In the first version of Papa's Pastaria, there was a bug where although Penny favors ChiliFest, she doesn't order any holiday ingredients. This has since been corrected.
- The same glitch initially occurred with Wendy in Papa's Pastaria To Go! upon its release, but was later fixed.
- A ChiliFest poster that advertises Rico's Chili can be purchased in Papa's Cheeseria/To Go!.
