In Papa's Freezeria/HD/To Go!/Deluxe, they are a standard shaker unlocked with no customer (Freezeria), Cooper (HD), or Allan (To Go!) when the player reaches Rank 3, or at the start of the game (Deluxe). With the exception of Papa's Freezeria Deluxe, the "Semi-Sweet" badge is earned when the player serves 30 orders with Chocolate Chips.
In Papa's Pancakeria/HD/To Go!, they are standard toppings unlocked with no customer (Pancakeria) or Rico (HD/To Go!) when the player reaches Rank 2 (Pancakeria) or Rank 30 (HD/To Go!). In Papa's Pancakeria, the "Warm and Gooey" badge is earned when the player serves 30 orders with Chocolate Chip Topping. Chocolate Chip Mix is a standard grill mixable unlocked with Big Pauly when the player reaches Rank 12 (Pancakeria) or Rank 3 (HD/To Go!).
In Papa's Cupcakeria/To Go!/HD, they are standard toppings unlocked at the start of the game. In Papa's Cupcakeria, the "Choco Chipper" badge is earned when the player serves 30 orders with Chocolate Chips.
In Papa's Donuteria/To Go!, they are standard toppings unlocked at the start of the game. In Papa's Donuteria, the "Semi-Sweet" badge is earned when the player serves 30 orders with Chocolate Chips.
In Papa's Scooperia/HD/To Go!, they are standard mixables unlocked at the start of the game.
In Papa's Paleteria To Go!, they are a standard chunky filling unlocked at the start of the game.
