A Closer is a special type of customer that appears at the end of the day in many Papa Louie restaurant-time management games. First introduced in Papa's Taco Mia!, closers use a different grading scale upon receiving their orders as compared to regular customers. Appearing only once a week, they make it more of a challenge to earn stars and awards for them as they do not appear as often.
Closers favor all holidays, cannot receive Customer Coupons, and consistently order large meals in games with Order Evolution, regardless of their star customer status. As a sort of "mini-boss", closers add complexity and variety to the gameplay experience.

Costumed Closers[]
Since the introduction of holidays in Papa's Cupcakeria, all Closers dress up in costumes during Halloween or Day of the Dead, depending on the game. Serving all costumed Closers during either of the aforementioned holidays will earn a player the "Costumed Closers" achievement.

Although Closers don't order Specials, there are stickers that can be earned by serving them a specific Special. The Closer will still grade it normally if served the specific special for that sticker.
Trivia[]
- Quinn and Jojo have both been Closers in all games since the introduction of the concept in Papa's Taco Mia!.
- Akari, Deano, Kahuna, and Quinn are the only Closers that have had their facial expression change.
- Akari has a neutral facial expression in the desktop version of Papa's Taco Mia!. In the app remakes of said game and in both versions of Papa's Sushiria, her facial expression has changed to her usual smiling facial expression that she had in her debut in Papa's Burgeria and has been used since Papa's Freezeria.
- Deano only has angry eyes in the desktop version of Papa's Pastaria. Starting in Papa's Donuteria, his eyes have been changed to normal.
- Kahuna had a frowning facial expression from Papa's Freezeria until Papa's Freezeria To Go!. Since Papa's Donuteria, he has been smiling.
- Quinn's facial expression change is due to her Halloween costume since Papa's Paleteria To Go!.
- A detailed explanation about the creation of Closers was featured on the Flipline Blog article Post Mortem: Papa's Taco Mia!.
- Boomer, Ninjoy, and Pinch Hitwell are the only Closers not to favor all 12 holidays in a Gameria due to the absence of holidays in Gamerias in which they were closers.
- There are usually three male (excluding Jojo, since he is the Food Critic) and three female Closers in each Gameria.
- The only exceptions are as follows:
- Papa's Burgeria HD/To Go! (four male, two female)
- Papa's Scooperia/HD/To Go!, Papa's Wingeria To Go!, and Papa's Mocharia To Go! (two male, four female)
- Closers neither go to the Dining Room, nor are seen joining any of the regular customers there. They also do not call the delivery phone.
- Closers neither order nor bring specials; however, there are stickers for serving specific specials to specific closers, as shown above.
- Closers do not appear in Customer Cravings.
- Closers cannot be given any Customer Coupons due to their coming in once a week and challenge status.
- The give coupon button will not appear in their portrait.
- When a Closer arrives, the green open sign on the bottom right of the screen changes to a red closed sign to indicate that no new customers are coming.
- So far, Kenji, Quinn and Jojo are the only Closers to have 2 different Halloween costumes.
- The reason Closers are pickier is because the number of points they give is calculated differently, making it harder to earn a good score.
- The formula for Closers' scores (without rank modifiers) is: 100-((100-[Total points of all stations÷4])×3)
- This would mean, for example, that if one station scored 99%, Closers would give 97 points. If the total points of all stations / 4 was less than 67, Closers would give no points.
- The formula for Closers' scores (without rank modifiers) is: 100-((100-[Total points of all stations÷4])×3)
- In order to receive a customer star, their order must be the equivalent to 92 points of a regular customer's order.
- Pinch Hitwell and Boomer are the only Closers without a Halloween costume.
- Due to holidays not existing at the time, Ninjoy never used Oni Samurai costume as a Closer.
- In total, 22 male customers and 16 female customers have been Closers.
- Akari, Chester, Boomer, Pinch Hitwell, Professor Fitz, Rico, and Sarge Fan are Closers in only Gamerias with savory food.
- Ally Kabam, Captain Cori, Gremmie and Mayor Mallow are Closers in only Gamerias with sweet food.
