Cookie Doughmen are baddies that appear in Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack!. They are first encountered in Cookie Cavern.
They attack their opponents by throwing cookie dough balls at them. They can be defeated by hitting them or by returning their cookie balls to them. A badge "Batter Up" can be earned by defeating 30 Cookie Doughmen by hitting their own dough balls back as Pinch Hitwell.
