The Dynamoe is a male character who made his first appearance in Papa's Hot Doggeria HD. His secret identity is Moe, the owner of Moe's Lair, a comic and cards shop located in Tastyville.

The Dynamoe is a mischievous villain that lurks around Tastyville in the dead of night. He is believed to be solely responsible for many burglaries and vandalism around town. The Dynamoe has a range of hightech tools to aid him in his thievery. At the end of a heist, he always leaves his mark by spray painting the walls with word-bubbled quips. When the cops are closing in, he always makes a quick getaway in his high speed Dynamobile. However, The Dynamoe’s crime spree has been dampened by his arch-nemesis and local hero, Ninjoy.
Appearance[]
The Dynamoe has fair skin, thin eyebrows, and black hair styled into a hairstyle resemblant of that of a pompadour. He wears a red mask that has a pair of demon ears sticking out of his hair and a black eye outline. He wears a dark blue collared shirt with light green buttons and a short red tie underneath a crimson red jacket with black collar, pockets, and golden yellow polka dots. He also wears black and blue-colored pinstripe pants and crimson red sneakers with black soles and golden yellow laces. He also dons a black cape and a pair of short, white gloves.

The Dynamoe's Style B is Moe's Style A. He wears a clean, white long-sleeved shirt with light blue buttons, round collar, and a brown shirt underneath. He dons a light blue jacket with a pale brown collar, pockets, and badges of sorts pinned on the left side of the collar. He also wears white-rimmed eyeglasses, light brown pinstripe pants, and brown moccasins with sky blue stitches and white laces.

In the 2023 Christmas pictures, The Dynamoe's hair is dyed dark green. He wears a red, fur-lined hat, a black mask that has a pair of demon ears sticking out of his hair, black eyeliner, a dark green collared shirt with light green buttons and a short red tie underneath a crimson red jacket with a white collar and pockets. He also wears a black cape, a pair of long, dark green gloves, red pants with black small stripes and dark green fuzzy elf shoes with black soles.

Wendy's Wheels[]
This week’s exhibit is a custom kart stolen by The Dynamoe named The Dynamobile XS. The kart was initially ordered online by someone claiming to be Georgito. The down payment cleared, and Wendy got to work following the very specific instructions laid out by the buyer. When she had nearly finished the kart, she happened to run into Georgito at Papa’s Pancakeria and asked him if he wanted to check out the kart. Strangely enough, Georgito had absolutely no idea what Wendy was talking about. When she returned to the Greasy Gear Garage, she was aghast to find the shop had been broken into and the kart was nowhere to be found. [2]
