Fort Onion is the third level in Papa Louie 2: When Burgers Attack!. Three Warp Keys are required to unlock the level.
It is the first half of the onion themed world, the second half being Sarge's Lair.

- Fort Onion was originally going to be the fifth area in Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack!, in which the player would face Sarge, but was canceled due to it causing the game to crash.
- The background track for this level bears a resemblance to that of Papa's Wingeria, but the music is in the key of G Minor, instead of C Major.
