- Rescue Boomer.
- Rescue Kahuna. (needs Gliding)
- Rescue Professor Fitz. (needs Crawling)
- Find 5 gold helmets. (needs Ground Pound)
- Defeat 11 Burgerzillas. (needs Gliding)
- Collect 100 coins. (needs Double Jump)

Fort Onion is one of two starting areas in the game, the other being Lettuce Lane.
Trivia
- Fort Onion was originally going to be the fifth area and where the player would battle Sarge in Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack!, but was canceled due to it causing the game to crash.
