Georgito is a short yet savvy businessman who grew up in the small town of Tacodale. He acquired most of his wealth when he moved to Starlight City. There, he opened Georgito's Palace, which soon became one of the city’s most popular luxury hotel and pachinko parlor. Georgito still loves his hometown of Tacodale, and makes frequent trips back for his favorite steak tacos.

Georgito has tanned skin and dark brown sleek hair and eyebrows. He wears a dark and gray pinstriped suit over a forest green collared shirt with black folded innings and a gray undershirt with green buttons, forest green pants, a black necktie, a silver-rimmed monocle on his left eye, and black sneakers with forest green laces and gray soles.

Georgito's tan was slightly updated. His hair received additional detailing and his outfit was redesigned; most notably, the color of his necktie is now black, his undershirt is now gray with green buttons and the buttons on his suit are now gray.

This week’s exhibit is a custom kart created for Georgito named The BankRoller. After suffering a brief episode of identity-theft at the hands of the Dynamoe, Georgito visited The Greasy Gear Garage. His interest was peaked at the thought of owning his own kart and commissioned Wendy to make a legitimate one for himself. The Bankroller is a beautiful 14-karat gold kart. Although it is crammed with the most expensive hardware available, the kart’s overall performance is relatively average. [2]

Georgito's avatar is loosely based on one of Tony's friends. December 27, 2012:

He is the only character who was absent in Papa's Pancakeria and not to appear in the "Brackets" poster in said game.

- In Papa's Taco Mia HD, the "Refrito Georgito" sticker is earned when the player adds Refried Beans to Georgito's taco.
- In Papa's Paleteria To Go!, the "Rich Dessert" sticker is earned when the player serves a Millionaire's Shortbread to Georgito.
