Liezel is a female customer who made her first appearance in Papa's Pancakeria To Go!. She is the female worker at Papa's Paleteria.

Hey Everyone!
As you know, with each new app comes a new customer! In Papa's Pancakeria To Go, you will soon be able to meet our latest customer, Liezel! [1]
Flipdeck Info[]
Liezel grew up in the rural town of Scrapple Hill. She was a natural at football, making varsity in her freshman year. Despite the wins and cheers of that season, Liezel never signed back up. The anxiety of trying to fit in with the other boys wore down on her. With each year, she became more quiet and withdrawn. After graduation, she moved to Tastyville where she made many like-minded friends. In time, Liezel became the happy, exuberant woman she always felt herself to be.
Appearance[]
Liezel has tanned skin and long brown hair tied in two buns by purple and green hair ties. She wears pink eyeshadow, a white crop top with a pink circle, light green and brown edges, and hanging sleeves. She wears green and pink pants in a zig-zag pattern with brown buttons and brown shoes with green accents and white laces and soles.

Liezel wears a green and pink zig-zag patterned shirt with brown edges and a white skirt with green buttons and green and brown accents.
Paleteria Uniform[]
Liezel wears a black short-sleeved shirt with a magenta collar and yellow sleeves. She also wears a magenta skirt with yellow and white accents and yellow buttons and black shoes with yellow laces, a magenta side stripe, and white soles.
Christmas Outfit[]
In the 2018 Christmas picture, Liezel wears two white balls over the buns in her hair, a green and red zig-zag patterned shirt, and a white skirt with green and red buttons and green accents. She also wears white elf shoes with red accents and brown soles, with a yellow bell on the end of each shoe.
Valentine's Day Outfit[]
In the 2024 Valentine's Day picture, Liezel wears an outfit identical to that of her Style A, but her hair ties are now red and pink, and the accents on her crop top are now red and brown, with a pink heart in the middle. She also wears red and pink zig-zag patterned pants with brown buttons, and brown shoes with red accents, white laces, and white soles.

- 2023: She beat Nevada in the second round of the Hibiscus Division, and Zoe in the Division Finals, winning the aforementioned division, alongside Hacky Zak. She then beat Tohru in the second round of the Semifinals, and Cherissa in the Finals, winning the tournament, alongside Hacky Zak.
Wendy's Wheels[]
This week’s exhibit is a custom kart created for Liezel called… The Triple Dipper. The kart is an waffled roadster design, with a spumoni twist. The Triple Dipper is equipped with three small, high-efficiency engines working in tandem. This design allows for a three-stage power boost. Each engine can be activated separately for a sustained speed increase, or all three can be engaged simultaneously for a short, explosive burst of speed. [2]

- According to Matt, when it comes to pronouncing Liezel's name, "We've mostly heard Liezel pronounced like 'leh-ZELL' ". [3]
- In a shoutbox appearance on April 24, 2020, Matt confirmed that Liezel likes Spumoni.
- Liezel is transgender, as confirmed by Tony. [4]
- Liezel is the first app debutant to win a Papa's Next Chefs tournament.
- However, she is the second app debutant to be a worker. The first one was Joy.
- She is the first LGBTQIA+ character to win a Papa's Next Chefs tournament and the seventh character to win their inaugural PNC, after Cooper, Prudence, Willow, Scarlett, Rudy, and Koilee.
- She and Kaleb are the sixth pair of customers confirmed to be in a relationship.
- Ironically, in Papa's Next Chefs 2023, she is one of the winners, while Kaleb is one of the runner-ups.
