In Papa's Freezeria, she is the very first customer who arrived there. You can be a worker with Mandi or Chuck in Papa's Wingeria. She usually takes large orders.

In the clip for the Pancakeria, she seems to have a different look. She is the latest chef alongside Chuck. She is the only worker to be far older than her co-worker, despite being female.
She is married to Tony and has 2 daughters named Sidney and Jordyn with Tony.
