Mayor Mallow is a new customer in the upcoming Papa's Cupcakeria. He's the mayor of Frostfield, and he is probably going to be a closer, because Flipline Studios says that "Mayor Mallow makes it a point each week to check the food quality of all the restaurants located in Frostfield. The one thing he has learned from being mayor is that good food brings in more tourists, and more tourists mean more money for the town."

- Some people think that he will be a Food Critic, which would possibly end up replacing Jojo.
