I am going to assume that you have all the flipdeck cards in your possession and that is why you're adding that information to the articles. Instead of creating new categories (which I will be removing shortly), add them to the Flipdeck section of the character's article.
Also, if you do indeed have the cards in hand, please visit the Flipdeck Cards article and add the names/subjects of the bonus cards that were included in the packs. If they are locations that we have on this wikia, please add that information to the respective articles.
Then go for it. Understand though that there is no need to create categories like "Home Town" (which is really one word, not two), nor is there a need to say: "On her real flipdeck card, so and so loves this and hates this."
If you saw how I re-did the Flipdeck Info sections with your data, that's how I would recommend you add the info that you have.
That would have been a good idea. Either put the occupation in the infobox (where the picture of the character is) if there isn't any already listed or in the Flipdeck Info section. Either one (or both places if you can spare the time) will be fine.
Wow, hang on, you put characters in pages they shouldnt've be. In Flipverse, Tortellini is referred to italian. It's impossible Deano is an african, as there's no information about all categories you add.
