Shredded Mozzarella is a standard cheese available in Papa's Cheeseria/To Go!. It is available from the start of the game. In Papa's Cheeseria, the "Shred the Mozzarella" badge is earned when the player serves 30 orders with Shredded Mozzarella.
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese is a standard cheese available in Papa's Pizzeria Deluxe. It is unlocked with Hugo and Orion when the player reaches Rank 17.
