In Papa's Freezeria HD/To Go!/Deluxe, Neapolitan Syrup is a standard mix syrup unlocked with Rico (HD and To Go!) or Scarlett (Deluxe) when the player reaches Rank 22 (HD), Rank 33 (To Go!) or Rank 41 (Deluxe). With the exception of Papa's Freezeria Deluxe, the "Multiple Flavors" badge is unlocked when the player serves 30 orders with Neapolitan Syrup.
In Papa's Donuteria, Neapolitan Drizzle is a holiday-exclusive drizzle available during Valentine's Day. It is unlocked when the player reaches Day 6 of the holiday.
In Papa's Donuteria To Go!, Neapolitan Drizzle is a standard drizzle unlocked with Papa Louie when the player reaches Rank 65.
In Papa's Mocharia To Go!, Neapolitan Cream is a holiday-exclusive cream available during Valentine's Day. It is unlocked with Clair when the player reaches Rank 28.
