Order Evolution is an in-game mechanism introduced in Papa's Scooperia/HD/To Go! and later adapted to Papa's Donuteria To Go!. This gameplay feature enables an evolving order system for customers. As players rank up their customers by serving them correctly and gaining stars, their orders will evolve and include additional ingredients.

A few weeks back we showed you what a Cookie Sundae would look like for Papa’s Scooperia. This week, we will expand on that idea and show off a new system for the game that will change the way customers order their sundaes!
Customers will now have evolving orders!
When a new customer first comes in, they will order a small cookie sundae with one cookie and one scoop of ice cream. However, things change once you level up your customer to Bronze. For those that don’t know, a customer will level up to Bronze when you serve them the correct order 5 times in a row. Five more times will level up that customer to Silver, and an additional 5 more times will get them to Gold.
Once your customer is Bronze, they will start ordering a medium cookie sundae which has 2 cookies and 2 scoops of ice cream. This may also include a new topper ingredient as well. When you level up your customer to Silver, they will start ordering their fully evolved large cookie sundae, with three cookies and three scoops of ice cream.
This evolving order system will add a fun level of challenge that slowly advances alongside your sundae-crafting skills. [1]

Papa's Scooperia/HD/To Go![]
When a new customer first comes in, they will order a small cookie sundae with one cookie and one scoop of ice cream.
However, as players progress through the game, they will encounter customers who have the potential to level up through three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. To level up a customer, the player must serve them the accurate order (80 or more points) five times without getting a score less than 60. After five successful orders, the customer will level up to Bronze. Ten successful orders will level them up to Silver, and fifteen successful orders will level them up to Gold.
Once a customer reaches Bronze level, they will start ordering a medium cookie sundae, which has two cookies and two scoops of ice cream. This may also include a new topper ingredient as well. When the customer reaches Silver level, they will start ordering the fully evolved large cookie sundae, which has three cookies and three scoops of ice cream.
Papa's Donuteria To Go![]
When a new customer first comes in, they will order a single donut. When a customer is at the Bronze level, they will start ordering two donuts instead of one. Finally, when a customer is at the Silver level, they will start ordering their fully evolved order of three donuts, along with additional topping ingredients in the game.

- Closers are the exception to the Order Evolution mechanism, as they will order fully-evolved orders right from the beginning regardless of the player's level.
- When a customer comes in with a special or is dining in or making a delivery order, they will order an extra evolved order.
