Papa's Next Chefs 2023 was the tenth Next Chefs tournament held to select the chefs for an upcoming Papa Louie restaurant time-management game, later revealed to be Papa's Paleteria To Go!. The winners were Hacky Zak and Liezel.

Hey Everyone!
We are back again with another awesome edition of Papa’s Next Chefs!
As some of you may know, the Papa’s Next Chefs competition is a tournament where you, the fans, get to choose who will be working at Papa’s next restaurant! The winners of each week move on to the next round and one step closer to becoming Papa’s Next Chefs!
This year we have the Matcha Division, the Aprajita Division, the Hibiscus Division, and the Lavender Division. Let’s get to it!!

Trivia
- The contestants who made their debut in this edition of Papa's Next Chefs were:
- The divisions were named after powders from Papa's Mocharia To Go!.
- Wendy now has the longest gap between two competitions, it being ten years.
- Connor, Hugo and Kayla are the only customers to have appeared in all ten Papa's Next Chefs tournaments.
- Since the inception of podiums in Papa's Next Chefs 2012, this was the first Papa's Next Chefs tournament where Connor didn't appear on a podium (with the exception of Papa's Next Chefs 2020, for which no podiums were made).
- This was the third Papa's Next Chefs tournament, following 2011 and 2017, in which both of the winners originated from the same division; in this case, the Hibiscus Division.
- Additionally, this was the second Papa's Next Chefs tournament, following Papa's Next Chefs 2011, in which neither of the winners originated from the first division.
- This was the first Papa's Next Chefs tournament in which one of the winners was an app debutant.
- The following oversights, errors, and discrepancies occurred during the tournament:
- When the Hibiscus Division Finals began, the Matcha Division podium was initially absent. It was added the following day.
- The Aprajita Division podium initially had a red background instead of the intended blue.
- Kenji and Indigo, both of whom competed in the Aprajita Division, were initially in 3rd place on the Hibiscus Division podium, instead of Hugo and Janana.
- In the Final Match and Winners brackets, Didar's head was originally not shaded out in the Lavender Division Finals. This was later fixed in the Winners bracket, but not in the Final Match bracket.
- At the beginning of the Final Match, Cherissa's name was initially spelled as "Cherrisa." A correction was made seconds later.
- In the Winners animation, darker shading can be seen on Hacky Zak's face corresponding to the location of his previous hairstyle.
- Additionally, Liezel's mouth position is slightly higher than usual.
