Papa's Taco Mia To Go! is the fifth To Go! app in the Papa Louie restaurant time-management game series. The game was announced on January 31, 2017 and officially released on March 21, 2017.
Description[]
It's a flavor fiesta in this new version of Papa's Taco Mia, with gameplay and controls reimagined for iPhone and iPod Touch!
You'll need to multitask between four areas of the taco shop, with new controls designed to work just right in the palm of your hand. Head to the Order Station to take orders from your zany customers in the lobby. Switch to the Grill Station to cook, flip and cut meats before pouring them into taco shells. Move to the Build Station to add a variety of toppings to your tasty tacos. Jump to the Chip Station to fill a basket with chips, and choose a delicious salsa or dip to complete the meal. Each station is a hands-on experience, where you'll need to drag, swipe, and tap your way through the taco-crafting process.
Keep your customers happy to earn more points and level up. As your level rises, you'll unlock new toppings for the shop, and new customers will start visiting the taqueria! Well-crafted tacos will also earn you tips to spend in the Shop, and Mini-Game Tickets to use in the daily Mini-Game!

The workers in this game are Mitch and Maggie. The default uniform consists of a red and orange shirt, black pants, a brown belt, brown shoes with orange laces and black soles, and a black visor.

Introduction[]
Upon opening the Taco Mia!, Papa Louie hosts a Taco Eating Contest to decide who gets to work at the aforementioned restaurant. The three competitors are Kingsley, Mitch/Maggie, and James. Later that afternoon, James surrenders, due to a stomachache. As night falls, Kingsley begins to sweat and also surrenders, resulting in Mitch/Maggie winning the contest and a job at the Taco Mia!.

- It was announced that starting with this game, all app restaurant-time management games will at least have one new customer.
- This is the first To Go Gameria to not have a switch option in the Build Station.
- This is the first Gameria since Papa's Cupcakeria HD to feature badges.
- This is the first To Go! game to have Starlight BBQ, BavariaFest, and Maple Mornings.
- No filler customers are unlocked after Cherissa until Rhonda is unlocked during New Year.
- Nevada can be the last customer as she's the last time customer to be unlocked. This happens when players rank up quickly by using a special.
- Even though there are no "Style B" outfits in this game, some customers will wear holiday outfits, specifically those who are unlocked during the first day of the new holiday.
- If players already cut/flipped a meat and switched that exact pan to another available grill, the cut/flip marker will be in its original color, but it won't affect the score.
- On January 15, 2019, Flipline Studios announced that their app games will receive updates and bug fixes, with this game being used as the first example. [9]
