Papa Louie is a male customer who made his first appearance in Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack!. He is the main protagonist of the Papa Louie franchise of platformer and restaurant time-management games.

He wears a white chef hat, a thin red neckerchief wrapped around his neck, a long-sleeved white buttoned dress shirt, a small red apron, blue pants, and brown sneakers with gray soles and dark brown laces. This outfit is Papa Louie's Style B in Papa's Pastaria To Go! and Papa's Cluckeria To Go!.

This week’s exhibit is a custom kart created for Papa Louie called… The BoxTrot DX. The kart is a deluxe utility design that harkens back to the early years of Papa Louie. Capable of holding a plentiful supply of pizzas, this boxcart is perfect for satisfying the appetites of an entire apartment building filled with hungry customers. [3]

Papa Louie's name was originally going to be Papa Lucci but was later changed to Louie for easier pronunciation.
Papa Louie orders every topping in Papa's Pizzeria, making his order the largest in the game. He is also the only customer whose order fills up the entire order ticket.
His Style C in Papa Louie 2 and Papa Louie 3 is the bathing suit he wears in Papa's Freezeria/To Go!, and the weapon he uses changes from the Pizza Paddle to a Beach Umbrella.
- This makes Papa Louie the only character in the platformer games to use two different weapons in the same game.
Papa Louie is unlocked when all customers have Gold Star Customer Awards in Papa's Pizzeria until Papa's Freezeria, unlocked on around Ranks 40-55 in all games from Papa's Pancakeria to Papa's Hot Doggeria, and mainly at Rank 65 and over starting from Papa's Pastaria.
Nobody is unlocked with a New Year exclusive topping except Papa Louie in Papa's Cupcakeria.
- Furthermore, Papa Louie is the only customer to order all New Year ingredients.
Starting from Papa's Cupcakeria, after his favorite holiday is over, Papa Louie won't be the first customer to come in, but he still comes back as a normal customer would.
He is the only customer to order two toppings on two donuts in Papa's Donuteria.
- Also, Papa Louie is the only customer to order all the Sky Ninja Returns ingredients in that game.
If a person opened a game site on a mobile phone, Papa Louie and Professor Fitz will appear holding mobile devices, showing a note that the game can't be accessed through mobile.
He and Penny are the only customers that appear in every Papa Louie game.
- Although Big Pauly made a cameo appearance in Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack, he did not become a playable character due to him being left behind by accident.
Papa Louie's topping combination is the same as Carlo Romano's in Papa's Hot Doggeria.
Papa Louie is one of 11 customers to receive a statuette.
Because he is the final customer unlocked by ranking up, Papa Louie always favors the last holiday in every Gameria.
