Penny is a high school girl who loves to dine out, but it was getting hard to afford all those pizzas, burgers, and tacos. So when she heard Papa was hiring, Penny quickly made her way to Calypso Island. However, her dreams of fun, sun, and easy money were thwarted when a flood of tourists arrived on the S.S. Louie. Penny could not complain because she got to work with Alberto, and soon the two started dating.

Appearance[]

Penny has fair skin and short brown hair adorned by a lavender flower clip. She wears a short white dress with light purple trims and light purple floral sequins on the skirt, purple rubber bracelet, light purple pants, and white sneakers with purple laces.

Until Papa's Taco Mia!, Penny wore light purple eyeshadow. And the stripes on her dress were dark purple. She also had dark soles on her shoes. Her flower was also dark purple.

According to Tony, Penny was supposed to have a Halloween costume but was scrapped for unknown reasons. Her costume is based on Hanako-san, a Japanese ghost known for haunting bathrooms and being an urban legend. [2]
- This costume was later added to Papa Louie Pals, despite not yet appearing in a proper game until Papa's Paleteria To Go!.
The way she and Alberto stand on the cruise ship in the 2022 Valentine's Day picture is a reference to the film, Titanic.
The following stickers are earned when the player serves specific ingredients or specials to Penny:
- In Papa's Bakeria/To Go!, the "Penny Coolada" sticker is earned when the player serves a Piña Coolada to Penny.
- In Papa's Taco Mia HD, the "Penny Peppers" sticker is earned when the player adds Peppers to Penny's taco.
- In Papa's Cluckeria To Go!, the "Penny's Paprikash" sticker is earned when the player serves a Papa's Paprikash to Penny.
