Pizza Monsters are baddies that made their first appearance in Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack!.
A Pizza Monster also appears as a playable scout in Slider Scouts, unlocked when the player reaches Rank 82.

These cheesy monsters were created when Papa Louie unknowingly used a crushida pepper on his pizzas. Pizza Monsters slowly hop around while hacking and spitting flying cheese wads or balls of cheese that can easily ensnare an unsuspecting chef. When defeated, they turn back into normal pizzas within their box.

A bad batch of Crushida Pepper turns Papa's ordinary pizzas into gooey, cheese-spitting Pizza Monsters. Papa Louie needs to defeat all of these monsters to free his trapped customers.
In-Game[]
In When Pizzas Attack!, Pizza Monsters appear in every stage, and defeating them is required to lift the cage and save the customers. There can be anywhere from two (Stage 1-1) to seven (Stage 4-3) Pizza Monsters in a stage.
Pizza Monsters typically attack by walking back and forth, occasionally spitting wads of cheese straight ahead. (Some Pizza Monsters attack by spitting cheese balls and/or do not move.) If Papa Louie is struck by their projectiles, he will become stunned; press the jump button quickly to free him.
To defeat a Pizza Monster, Papa Louie must either throw a pepper bomb at them, or hit their cheese projectiles back into them. Be aware that there is a small chance for a Pizza Monster to duck when their attack is reflected, causing it to miss.
When a Pizza Monster is defeated, it turns into a regular pizza, which Papa Louie can pick up and carry.

- Sasha is known to be a fan of Pizza Monsters, as she dresses up as one during Halloween.
- Their flying cheese spit attack is able to hit other baddies.
