Radley Caverns is the ninth level in Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack!. Twenty-four Warp Keys are required to unlock the level. In this level, the player faces Radley Madish, the second and final boss of the game.

- While facing Radley Madish in Papa Louie 2: When Burgers Attack!, there was no checkpoint to resume gameplay from. On the contrary, one appears in this game, upon completing the underwater section of the battle.
- To get past the Cracker Blocks while swimming in the water, Radley will move his vehicle forward to break through them, or shoot chocolate bottles (which function identical to Cherry Mines).
- The lowest amount of characters that can be shown on the end card is 11, with the highest being 28.
- This is the only level in the game in which two characters need to be saved.
- One character can be saved in The X Zone, while three characters can be saved in all other levels.
