In Papa's Pizzeria To Go!, they are standard toppings unlocked with Radlynn when the player reaches Rank 11. The "Pepper Provider" badge is earned when the player serves 30 pizza orders with Red Peppers.

In Papa's Pizzeria HD/Deluxe, they are standard toppings unlocked with Mindy when the player reaches Rank 20.

Papa's Pizzeria HD and Deluxe also have Red Pepper Crust, a holiday-exclusive crust available during Christmas. It is unlocked with Santa (both) and Mrs. Claus (Deluxe) when the player reaches Rank 11.
