Santa is a male customer who made his first appearance in Papa's Cupcakeria.

During Christmas, this jolly old elf is extremely busy delivering presents to good girls and boys. However, Santa can't help stopping by his favorite restaurants to grab a quick bite to eat. His boundless appetite allows him to eat endless stacks of Christmas cookies while still having room for a festive cupcake and a heaping plate of pasta.

Appearance[]

Santa has a large build, pale skin, long bushy white hair and a beard. He wears his signature red and white outfit with a black belt and black fur-lined boots with yellow laces and brown soles. In Papa's Freezeria Deluxe, this outfit is his Style H during Christmas.

First Clean-Up[]

In Papa's Bakeria, Santa's tan was slightly updated and his beard was redesigned to be shorter and neater.

Second Clean-Up[]

In Papa's Paleteria To Go!, Santa's facial hair was made a lighter shade of white, the fur on his clothing received additional detailing, and his shoes were changed to fur-lined boots. The shade of green worn in his Style B is notably darker; furthermore, his hat is no longer mirrored, and his pants are now green.

Santa wears a lime green coat and a hat with white trims. His pants remain red and his hat is mirrored. This outfit was introduced as Santa's Style B upon the introduction of the concept in Papa's Bakeria, and remained as such until Papa's Freezeria Deluxe.

Vacation Outfit[]

Santa wears his regular red hat with green sunglasses and a white buttondown with a holly pattern and golden buttons. He wears red sweatpants with green laces and a green side stripe, along with white sandals with thin yellow vertical stripes, golden buckles, and brown soles. This outfit is his Style A in Papa's Freezeria Deluxe.

Wendy's Wheels[]

This week’s exhibit is a custom kart created for Santa called… The Lil’ Saint Nick. The kart is a spirited utility design based off of Santa’s sleigh. When Santa upgraded his sleigh last year, he came to Wendy to see if she could use the old frame to build a kart suitable for old Saint Nick. Although fast on the track, you should see it hauling through the snow and ice on it’s retractable skis. [1]

He and Nick are the only customers to debut in one game and then be absent in the next game.
Yippy has seen Santa deliver presents to her house, as seen in the 2012 Christmas holiday picture.
- This was posted before Papa's Cupcakeria was released.
Santa is the first Papa's Cupcakeria debutant to have a Flipdeck.
Outside of Christmas, he will have a non-holiday based order, even though he will not show up during those times.
After making his first appearance during Christmas in Papa's Cupcakeria, Santa will make random appearances at the Papa's Cupcakeria during other holidays.
- Starting with Papa's Pastaria, Santa only visits during Christmas, starting out with a Silver Customer Award on his first visit.
- He always visits the restaurant every day during Christmas as the third customer of the day who favors it.
- As of Papa's Sushiria, Santa can be given Customer Coupons, which will allow him to visit any restaurants outside of Christmas.
Due to the absence of holidays in app games (Papa's Freezeria HD/To Go!, Papa's Wingeria HD, Papa's Pizzeria To Go!) released after Papa's Cupcakeria and before Papa's Cheeseria, Santa does not appear in any of the aforementioned apps.
The 2014 Christmas holiday picture shows that he uses a Warp Coin to go to other places.
He is the only customer to order all of the holiday ingredients during Christmas in Papa's Sushiria/To Go!, Papa's Pancakeria HD/To Go!, and Papa's Pizzeria HD.
He is the only customer to order two toppings on three donuts in Papa's Donuteria To Go!.
He, along with Chester, are the only customers to order all holiday ingredients during Christmas in Papa's Mocharia To Go!.
Excluding customers who made their debut in the latest Gameria, Santa is one of three customers who have always favored only one holiday throughout the entire series. This distinction also applies to Makaila and Sienna.
