In Papa's Pizzeria/To Go!/HD/Deluxe, Sausage is a standard topping unlocked at the start of the game. In Papa's Pizzeria To Go!, the "Sausage Lover" badge is earned when the player serves 30 pizza orders with Sausage.

In Papa's Pastaria/To Go!, Sausage is a standard topping unlocked with Penny (Pastaria) or Emmlette (To Go!) when the player reaches Rank 9. In Papa's Pastaria, the "Sausage Grinder" badge is earned when the player serves 30 orders with Sausage.

In Papa's Taco Mia To Go!, Sausage Crumbles are holiday-exclusive toppings available during Maple Mornings. They are unlocked with Emmlette when the player reaches Rank 18.

In Papa's Cheeseria To Go!, Sausage Crumbles are holiday-exclusive fry toppings available during Portallini Feast. They are unlocked with Allan when the player reaches Rank 21.

In Papa's Cluckeria To Go!, Sausage Patty is a holiday-exclusive topping available during Maple Mornings. It is unlocked with Simone when the player reaches Rank 18.
