Seymour is a male customer who made his first appearance in Papa's Paleteria To Go!.

Seymour is the spirited creator and face of Seymour’s Shrimp Sticks! Starting as a deckhand on a shrimp boat, Seymour turned his passion for the sea into a beloved brand. His Shrimp Sticks, known for their classic Old Wharf seasoning, are a household favorite from Frostfield to Toastwood. Seymour’s dedication and love for seafood shine through in every bite. When he’s not busy running his thriving company, he enjoys life on his charming two-story houseboat, permanently docked at the scenic San Fresco Marina.

Appearance[]

Seymour has pale skin, dark gray hair, and a dark gray mustache that extends down his chin. He wears a golden bucket hat, from which a dark orange string is dangling, which is turn connected to a light orange paintbrush-like end. He also wears a from-top-to-bottom gold, light and dark orange jacket with an orange zipper, pale-brown and tan gloves, dark gray pants, and pale brown shoes with black soles, golden laces, and brown rims.

Seymour and Koilee are the only customers to live in houseboats.
He is likely a reference to the frozen seafood brand "Gorton's", he is dressed as a fisherman similar to it's logo and both are named after it's founder.
