Derps are characters in the Papa Louie franchise. In Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack!, there are three different types of Derp baddies: Wildberry Derps, Splashberry Derps, and Cupidberry Derps. All three types of Derps attack by gathering around their Derp boxes in groups of three or four, ramming themselves into approaching players.
It is impossible to truly defeat Derps; every time the player kills one, another emerges from the Derp box to take its place.

Wildberry Derps are blue and purple Derps that made their first appearance in Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack!. They are first encountered in Vanilla Heights.
Behavior[]
Wildberry Derps appear on land. When spawned, they bounce around erratically near their box.

Splashberry Derps are blue, teal, and green Derps that made their first appearance in Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack!. They are first encountered in Lake Chocodunk.

Derps can be found just about anywhere in the Land of Munchmore. Dive into any body of water, and you will likely encounter the aquatic, Splashberry Derps. They are the oldest known living species of derps in the land. Hoards of them live together amongst the coral and rocks in their soggy Derp Boxes. All day long, Splashberry Derps dart and circle around their homes, keeping a lookout for any would-be invaders.
Behavior[]
Splashberry Derps appear of this in water; because of this, only customers with the Swim Boost ability can defeat them. When spawned, Splashberry Derps swim around their box in tight circles.

Cupidberry Derps[]

Cupidberry Derps are red, pink, and white Derps that made their first appearance in Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack!. They are first encountered in Cookie Cavern.
Behavior[]
Akin to Wildberry Derps, Cupidberry Derps appear on land. They are arguably the most dangerous type of Derp in the game, due to their ability to fly. This allows them to cover more ground, making them more likely to catch the player off-guard.
Mamboberry Derps[]
Mamboberry Derps are green, yellow, and orange Derps that made their first appearance in the Wendy's Wheels blog post for The MamboBerry Derpster, Hacky Zak's kart. [2]

- There are a total of 5 types of Derps. Shadowberry Derps and Mamboberry Derps are not featured in Papa Louie 3.
