The Puffs are baddies in Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack!. They act as environmental hazards and cannot be defeated, although characters who utilize Swim Boost can swim through Puffs without taking damage. All three types of Puffs attack by inflating themselves to expose thorns that deal damage on contact.
