Flipline Studios Wiki

To the Esteemed Members of this Wiki:

I have noticed over the course of my time here that some writers of the wiki tend to over-do adding categories to the characters of the games. I have seen categories like:

  • Papa's Cupcakeria (or any other game)
  • Papa's Cupcakeria debuts (or any other game)
  • Papa's Cupcakeria customers (or any other game)
  • Obese Characters
  • Obese male characters
  • Obese female characters
  • Obese
  • People that are skinny
  • Cute people
  • Short people
  • Taller person
  • Real people
  • People with belts
  • People with hats
  • People without eyebrows
  • People who are absent in a game
  • Absent customers
  • Closers
  • Former Closers
  • Flipdeck characters
  • Adults
  • Papa's Eateria
  • people unlocked in the last row of customers in any game
  • Missing Customer categories
  • X customers
  • Halloween customers

I can go on and on, but you get the idea.

I would like to get rid of all categories that involve clothing, appearances, if they appeared in a game or not, if they are an adult or kid (some are too close to call...) ethnicity, race, if they are fat or skinny, etc.

I would like to propose simplifying the categories to the following categories for characters:

  • Characters (should be a given)
  • Gender (male or female)
  • Debut (what game he/she/they made their first appearance)
  • Closer (if a closer in a game, regardless if they're still a closer in future games or not)
  • Worker (if they work in the restaurants as a chef or server)
  • Characters with Flipdecks (those with Flipdeck bios)
  • Specific groups (ex. Enemigos, Scarlett and the Shakers, Flipline Studio Owners, etc)
  • By first letter (M Characters, C Characters)

For Food items:

  • Ingredients
  • Holiday Ingredients (if it's a holiday exclusive item in a game)
  • Game and what kind of item it is (ex. Papa's Wingeria Sauces, Papa's Cupcakeria Icings)
  • Holiday that item is exclusively found (Christmas, Pirate's Bash, Romano Wedding)

This should make it easier for everyone, and we don't really need multiple categories for the same thing. If I am missing an important category that should be added to my proposed list, please let me know. Thanks.

Sincerely,
