Recently after some time off on Pokemon Unite and getting back on for the new Ranked and Battle Pass Season, the latest patch included nerfs on Talonflame, but had buffs on few Pokemon like Aegislash and Trevenant.
The 2nd box is because Talonflame is Broken in PvP in Pokemon GO
