So now the ponder question is obvious. Now that every PC gameria has app versions, and (due to Flash dying off), there won't be another PC gameria, what'll Matt and Tony work on next?
(If you're wondering if they'll make a new gameria in a different software like HTML5 or Unity, I wouldn't put my bets on that. In Quinn's QnA it was specifically revealed that Scooperia was the last PC gameria.)
Here, I came up with a list of various possibilities.
- A mobile version of another kind of Flipline game, such as Jacksmith
- A mobile minigame pack (with most or all of Foodini's minigames in gamerias)
- A mobile life simulator, like the Sims, but characters are Flipline style. You play your OC and interact with some of the canon characters
- A mobile game where you serve orders of all 14 restaurants, unlocking new restaurants as you go along. This is an opportunity to have more locals after Okalani and C.J. Friskins, and to have the Lunar New Year in restaurants other than Portallini's. Maybe there could be more than 12 holidays in such a game? This is an advanced idea, it would probably take at least half a year.
I'm sure we all believe Matt and Tony will release another game at some point. The best part is that it's super unpredictable.
