This week’s exhibit is a custom kart created for Utah called… The Refresher. The kart is a tri-toned skiff design with a scratch-n-sniff lemon spoiler. She is the only customer to become a finalist on a Papa's Next Chefs Tournament (2013) and then become a worker on the next game.
She, Cooper, Mindy, Scooter and Kayla are the only customers to order only 9 items in Papa's Wingeria To Go!.
As confirmed by Matt in a March 2024 shoutbox appearance, Utah was initially considered as part of the Papa's Wingeria worker lineup.

The following stickers are earned when the player serves specific ingredients or specials to Utah:
- In Papa's Sushiria/To Go!, the "State Swap" sticker is earned when the player serves a California Roll to Utah.
In the flash version of Papa’s Pastaria, Utah is wearing a black skirt. However, in the To Go! version, she wears black pants instead.
- The same thing applies with a female custom worker.
Utah is also one of the characters to be created from scratch using the Papa Louie Pals app after Amy, Cooper, Elle, Mesa, Penny, Prudence, Rudy, Scooter and Yui.
