Yalanda Crumple is a female character who made her first appearance as one of two main antagonists of Papa's Cluckeria To Go!. Prior to her imprisonment, she worked at Crumple Family Chicken during the Chicken Sandwich Wars.

Yalanda and her older sister Bonnie arrived in Oilseed Springs at the onset of the Chicken Sandwich Wars. Court records reveal that the documents they submitted to establish their restaurant, Crumple Family Chicken, contained false information. Following an extensive cross-country investigation, the prosecution was unable to find any records confirming the origin of the sisters or their alleged chain of restaurants. This evidence ultimately contributed to their conviction and imprisonment for stealing a proprietary chicken sandwich recipe.

Yalanda has white, puffed hair and pale skin. She wears blue eyeshadow and lipstick. She also wears white glasses with white lenses and a purple dot triangle pattern at both top corners, a white, short-sleeved blouse with army green dot triangle patters on the bottom and sleeves and purple, square buttons, held by a green belt, an army purple coif with an olive green border, white beaded bracelets, an army purple skirt with an olive green ring at the bottom over an off white petticoat with army green dots, gray-black pants, and green moccasins with purple laces, white stitches, and gray soles.

- The inspiration for Bonnie and Yalanda was taken from sketches of characters that would have been used in the Unfinished Sarge Game.
